What are the rules and regulations of flying drones for business?

We only hire certified Part 107 drone pilot, ensuring compliance with the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) regulations.

Drone flights may be subject to height restrictions, and we adhere to the regulations set by the FAA. Altitude limits may vary depending on the specific location and airspace classification.

While we prioritize safety and compliance, drone flights near airports are restricted, and considered a NO FLY ZONE. We follow strict guidelines to maintain a safe distance from airport airspace.

Drone flights may also be restricted if there is a dignitary in the air or other circumstances that require airspace lockdown. Safety is paramount, and we adhere to all regulations to ensure responsible drone operation.

Is there any way to get permission to fly in a NO FLY ZONE

While we strive to capture stunning aerial shots, flying in no-fly zones requires special permission from the FAA. Keep in mind that obtaining this permission may take up to 90 days and is not guaranteed.

The FAA has a thorough review process to ensure the safety of airspace. This period allows for careful consideration of the request and coordination with relevant authorities.

Unfortunately, there's no guarantee of approval within this timeframe. We understand that real estate listings often have time constraints, and we explore alternative options to meet your photography needs.

In cases where drone flight is restricted, we have a versatile solution. We utilize a 60-foot pole attachment for the camera, providing elevated photos without the need for drone flight. This ensures we can still capture captivating images for your real estate listings.

Are there any restrictions or considerations for using the photos in marketing materials?

While we grant our clients the right to use the photos for their marketing needs, we kindly request that they adhere to ethical and legal standards. This includes refraining from altering the images in a way that misrepresents the property. Additionally, we appreciate appropriate attribution when feasible. Our aim is to ensure the integrity of our work while providing you with the flexibility to effectively market your listings. If you have specific questions or scenarios, feel free to discuss them with us, and we'll work together to find the best solution for your marketing goals.
